Update (4/13): Miss H has been identified as Han Yu Ra (26), who had a brief stint as a model and actress on her way to a career in program writing. She recently wrote on her minihompy that she was not a celebrity in the past, nor is she now. She stated that she studied broadcasting because she wanted to work within the industry, and has good memories of modelling through a chance opportunity during university. Apparently, she has received a lot of negative publicity since news of her past came out, because she added, “I never knew this (her past in modelling and television) would become such a burdensome issue. Please help me continue to do TV scriptwriting.”

KP’s note: Korean media often refer to people as Miss A, Miss B, etc. when they cannot name the woman in question. For example, when we called Jung Joon Ha’s girlfriend “Miss A”, it did not mean that the woman’s last name starts with an A. However, many reports are saying that Jung Hyung Don’s rumoured girlfriend is actually Miss Han.

Update (4/7): It has now been confirmed that Jung will leave We Got Married at the beginning of May. Following one more filming session, Taeyeon and Hyung Don will separate. Apparently, the show was planning to restructure and switch up the cast in May anyways.

Jung Hyung Don (31) has admitted that he is in a relationship with a [television] screenwriter four years his junior.

A representative from his agency, TN Entertainment, stated on April 7: “Jung Hyung Don is in a good relationship with a broadcast writer who he’s been acquainted with from before. From what I understand, the writer is currently on a short break from work.”

Jung met Miss H last June through working on an SBS variety show – he was an MC, while she was a scriptwriter. They began officially dating not long ago; hence, marriage has yet to be considered. The agency rep added, “I heard about this [relationship] from Jung Hyung Don recently. He said he’s so happy.”

It is uncertain how this will affect his status on MBC’s variety program, We Got Married. Jung Hyung Don is currently paired up with Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon.

The representative also spoke up regarding the issue. “Since it has been discovered that [Jung] is in a relationship, his participation on We Got Married is an issue. [We're] apologetic to the producers. We will likely have to discuss this problem with [them].” Earlier, the show’s PD has stated that dating another person in reality was grounds for dismissal from WGM. There has yet to be a decision made regarding Jung’s future on the show.
