5th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival

The 5th Jecheon International Music & Film Festival (JIMFF) is taking place from August 13 to 18 in the city of Jecheon, Chungcheongbuk-do. This year’s film festival includes about 90 music-related films of diverse genres from 35 countries.
JIMFF opening ceremony
JIMFF kicked off with an opening ceremony hosted by Alex Chu and Ku Hye Sun at Cheongpung Lakeside Stage in the evening. The opening film was Joe Wright’s The Soloist, starring Jamie Foxx, Robert Downey Jr., and Catherine Keener.
Han Chae Young & Jin Goo were this year’s festival ambassadors. Actors Ahn Sung Ki, Bong Tae Gyu, Im Ha Ryong, Jung Jin Young, Kang Soo Yeon, Kim Heung Soo, Shim Eun Kyung, and Yoo Joo Hee walked the red carpet on opening night.
