  • Insadong Scandal, starring Kim Rae Won and Uhm Jung Hwa, will premiere April 30. The movie’s representative stated that this is Kim’s last project before he enters the military. He will finish filming this month, embark on promotional activities in April, and then enlist to serve shortly after.
  • Sung Yu Ri (Hong Gil Dong) is studying English for her first movie (tentative title – The Rabbit & the Lizard) role. Filming will begin mid-February. Her character is named May, a Korean adoptee returning to her place of birth after twenty three years to find her identity. Sung began taking intensive English lessons three months ago so that she can play the role convincingly. The production company representative said that all filming will take place in Korea and most of the script will be in Korean. The male lead was cast recently, but has yet to be announced.
  • Actress Chae Lim (Powerful Opponents) will return to television through the weekend drama, Good Job, Good Job (잘했군, 잘했어). She will play the female lead, (replacing Myung Se Bin), opposite Um Ki Joon. Chae Lim was originally supposed to begin shooting a Chinese drama, so she is adjusting her schedule to take on this role.
  • The hosts of Infinity Challenge (무한도전) continue to take on new challenges, most recently participating in tryouts for the national bobsledding team. The members trained hard, but Noh Hong Chul had schedule conflicts and Jung Hyung Don and Jun Jin were injured – leaving Park Myung Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, and Jung Joon Ha to compete. Their racing time was 57.4 seconds , which was 1.62 seconds behind the cutoff. However, audiences were moved to see the Infinity team shed tears [of relief, pride, joy] after their race.
