Super Junior’s YeSung has been labelled as North Korean president Kim Jong Il’s third son.
On April 7, a Swiss tabloid mistakenly put YeSung’s name and photo in its write-up about “Dear Leader”‘s third son, who has recently been speculated as successor to the North Korean dictatorship.
The incorrect information spread through the Internet, which is how SM Entertainment discovered the mistake on April 10. It is being assumed that the mistake was made due to the similarity between YeSung’s real name, Kim Jong Woon, and the third son’s name, Kim Jung Un. A representative of SM stated that they have sent an online demand for a correction to the tabloid.
KP’s note: Apparently this is considered to be a shocking crisis by some Super Junior fans, but we find it amusing.
