Kim So Eun Drops 4th Period

Actress Kim So Eun has dropped her first starring film role in 4th Period Mystery (4교시 추리영역).

The movie, co-starring Kim with Yoo Seung Ho, has already been 60-70% filmed. However, a situation has arisen where they must start scrap everything and begin filming anew due to the movie’s director being replaced. (KP’s note: I presume this means that 100 Days With Mr. Arrogant‘s Shin Dong Yup is no longer directing.) With Kim currently acting in a leading role in He Who Can’t Marry, it would be too difficult for her to work intensively on both projects simultaneously. Hence, it was decided that she would give up the 4th Period Mystery project. A representative of her agency explained that the decision caused no major problems with the producers.

With 4th Period Mystery off of her schedule, Kim So Eun is going to focus entirely on He Who Can’t Marry, which is airing on KBS until August. Kim is also in the process of choosing her next project from the many offers she has received.
